Roti,Paratha are most popular Indian breads that almost found in every home in India. Its round flat bread. Although, its also similar to Mexican tortillas but these Indian breads are made from whole wheat flour or drum wheat flour. These roti, paratha goes very well with any dal, curry  or dry sabzi whether it is veg or non veg.

  •  Whole Wheat Flour
  •   Whole Milk to knead the dough



Take whole wheat flour in a bowl. Adding some milk to the dough in parts, begin to knead the dough. Continue to knead the dough. Keep on adding milk as required. Bind the dough very well now keep the dough for rest at least 10-15 minutes.

Now wet your hands with filtered water and knead the dough for another 3-5 minutes or until you get a smooth dough.In between you can use water to get rid of stickiness.But use water only when you knead the dough after resting. Final dough should not be too soft or too hard.
