Roti is Indian flat bread which can eat with any dal, curry or dry vegetable.This flat bread is similar to Mexican Tortillas.These breads are most essential part of every Indian meal. So lets get started.

- Dry Flour
Heat of your griddle.Make small balls out of dough. Prepare your rolling surface. You will need a large flat space for rolling the dough.Lightly dust the rolling surface with flour.
Roll the small ball of dough into a uniform, thin circle.
Put your rolled roti on the hot griddle. Once you see the bubbles appear on top, flip the roti.
Cook the other side pressing with the help of ladle so that corners can cook well. Remove roti from the griddle and brush with clarified butter.
Serve hot with your favorite dish.
